Welcome to the International Network for Cognition, Theatre and Performance (INCTP). Our mission is to support and advance scholarly and artistic work at the intersection of performances in all media and the cognitive, behavioral, social, and biological sciences.  Established in 2019, this network provides a platform for scholars at all stages of their academic and professional careers.  Among our members are theatre and dance practitioners, theorists and historians, and scientists engaging performance as a field of scientific research. Members come from a wide range of countries including Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Poland, Romania, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States.  Through this site, we hope to make this field of study easily accessible to those who are curious and those who are ready to make this field the focus of their research.
